Desktop Support Engineer

Our team of 300 is growing fast and we’re now looking for an ambitious Desktop Support Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure Team.

This Role:

  • As a key member of the IT team, you will be responsible for day-to-day support and system administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer key Microsoft technologies
  • Adhere and enforce internal IT security policies
  • Computer set-up and system monitoring
  • First point of contact for internal staff issues
  • Responsible for software/hardware installations
  • Manage and maintain company email system, anti-virus, web and email filtering

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • In-depth working knowledge of Windows Active Directory
  • Good experience around network security, firewalls, and WiFi configuration
  • Excellent troubleshooting abilities
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Relevant third level qualification
