As a Digital Designer at Deloitte Digital, you will be working on projects in a collaborative team environment, following Human-Centered Design principles to shape customer experiences. Skilled at digital storytelling, concepting, interactive and motion design and with intimate knowledge of user interface design, you will craft experiences that delight customers and deliver results for clients. You will bring exceptional creative thought, delivering in partnership with clients and multi-disciplinary teams that are at the heart of Deloitte Digital.

• 4+ years digital design experience, professional practice; consulting experience is a plus
• A passion for crafting digital experiences that delight end users and that solve business problems
• A compelling portfolio of distinctive work that spans digital product/service design and storytelling
• You bring a toolkit of digital design skills and expertise that you’ve built up over time including interaction design, motion graphics, user interface design, front-end know how
• You can set design direction and incorporate the best design and technology practices
• You are an effective communicator and presenter, verbal, written and visual, with the ability to lead workshops and client showcases
• Natural intellectual curiosity and problem solving drive
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships at senior levels
• Demonstrated ability to build and work in multi-disciplinary teams, as well as deliver projects end-to-end
• Ability to engage with stakeholders and help them to influence direction
• A desire to contribute to the broader success of the Design team by playing a mentoring and coaching role to other team members
• Expert level with design and prototyping tools - we use Sketch, Figma, Invision and Adobe CS/CC (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator etc.), other design tools are a bonus
• You will have a relevant tertiary qualification e.g. Product Design, UX, industrial design, service design, visual design, interaction design, architecture or other relevant design discipline
