This is a key role within the RAP products organisation, with responsibility for developing and managing key processes covering network deployment plans, specialist billing functions, Equivalence KPIs and SLAs , ad hoc reports for Industry and Senior Management. This role will ensure that Open eir Wholesale meet their regulatory obligations, particularly in the areas of Equivalence, Transparency and Performance. .
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics or Computer Science is preferable.
Advanced knowledge of SQL scripting and database management is essential.
Knowledge of scripting languages such as Java Script and BI tools such as Microstrategy, is essential
3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably telecommunications
3 years’ experience working on system automation projects, preferably telecommunications
The capacity to conduct data quality control, linkage, and validation.
Natural curiosity and drive to seek root causes and key insights and to deliver improvements
Outstanding analytical and numerical skills.
Detailed knowledge of data analysis tools.
Experience of data analysis techniques and statistical methodologies.
Strong analytical and process development skills, including process development in Excel or Google Sheets
Strong written and verbal communications skills, good report writing and Word skills
Ability to work independently and with senior management to achieve results
