One of my largest clients, Dublin city center based are currently seeking a Cyber Security Manager. In the current C19 climate WFH options are in place.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the team throughout the investigation and application of IT and OT Security Solutions to meet user requirements
- Analyse and establish security strategies, policies, standards, and processes
- Review and assessment of our client’s security posture in line with emerging threats and assess the risk that these may pose
- Manage SOC implementation and assessment
- Work in large Enterprise, Cloud, Operational Technology environments
- Assessment of security requirements to meet control objectives and risk appetite
- Working on Threat and Vulnerability Management
- Work on Incident Response support and conduct investigations
- Perform security engineer tasks
- Identification and research of security solutions for use with clients
- Manage teams in the deliverance of security change
Experience Required
- 8+ years in a similar role
- Knowledge of web development, HTML HTTP, and application security
- Ability to work cross-departmental to ensure successful security project roll-out.
- Strong background in cybersecurity assessments, accreditations, forensics, and incident response.
- Demonstrated history working on ICS systems such as: SCADA, EMS, DCS, or PLC.
- Strong negotiation skills with proven ability to maintain relationships with stakeholders and to influence stakeholders in support of project delivery
Essential and Desirable Skills
- CISSP / CISM / ISO 27001 Certifications are essential
- Third level degree in computer science, programming or related field
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- CEH Security Certification is high desirable
