ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB:

As a Cyber Security Architect, Commercial Solutions you will ensure that all cloud/on-premise commercial and other business solutions are aligned with the NIST security framework and SP800-53 controls and corporate and customer / consumer data are protected considering relevant threats and vulnerabilities. The architect shall design the necessary controls that provide protection against vulnerabilities, threats, and risks commensurate with the designated data classification level and solution risk level. This position will have close collaboration with the IT and business teams providing support and ensuring security by design and will be reporting to Cyber Security Architecture Manager.

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Interact with a broad range of cross-functional personnel to define required security controls and explain potential risk in business terms.
• Ensure security by design in all business technology initiatives and compliance with NIST and internal security policies.
• Identify relevant threats and vulnerabilities and define countermeasures to prevent or mitigate the effects.
• Design and develop security architectures for cloud and cloud / hybrid-based systems considering secure design principles i.e. zero trust, resiliency, attack surface reduction etc.
• Participate in RFP selection process and ensure security requirements are realized during every business project implementation.
• Develop and maintaining security standards for all business solutions.
• Act as senior technical representative for enterprise security while engaging with other senior technical leaders

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT systems or related qualification and 5-8 years related work experience are required.
• Minimum of 3 years architecting, developing, and deploying large scale business solutions.
• Demonstrated professional experience in cloud security, SAP and CRM security.
• Certifications related to security architecture e.g. CISSP, CCSP, SABSA, CompTIA security+, SANS GIAC are desirable.
• Solid understanding of application security, security protocols, API security, cryptography, authentication, authorization etc.
• Knowledge of secure application and service development methodologies, familiar with agile application development processes.
• Lead sophisticated discussions across multiple internal and external stakeholders in a consulting and influencing way.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and be creative within a team.
• Proven ability of working creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
