One of my largest clients, Dublin city center based are currently seeking a Cyber Security Analyst. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, across various departments.
Job Responsibilities
- Participate/Conduct Cyber Security protection projects.
- Work closely with multiple teams in the business to maintain current / produce new security programs
- Investigate security breaches / any other security incidents
- Stay up-to-date on information technology trends and security standards.
- Work with the security team to perform tests and uncover network vulnerabilities
- Report security breaches to higher levels of management and assess the potential risks.
Experience Required
- 2+ years in a similar role
- Knowledge of web development, HTML HTTP, and application security
- Ability to work cross-departmental to ensure successful security project roll-out.
- Strong background in cybersecurity assessments, accreditations, forensics, and incident response.
- Experience in working with third-party suppliers in the delivery of business or IT change initiatives
- Strong negotiation skills with proven ability to maintain relationships with stakeholders and to influence stakeholders in support of project delivery
Essential and Desirable Skills
- CISSP / CISM Certified is essential
- Great communication skills across various
- Third level degree in computer science, programming or related field
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- CEH Security Certification is high desirable
