About the opportunity

Our information security team is composed of skilled individuals who carry out technical risk-focused engagements for clients across a range of industries. Our team is tasked with assessing client’s cyber security posture and advising them on how to navigate the challenges of cybersecurity risk and

compliance for a range technologies and use-cases. As a member of this team you will be responsible for designing and implementing cyber security solutions that reduce vulnerability, strengthen controls and optimise organisational efficiency. You will be influential in ensuring first-rate delivery of client projects and in building meaningful client relationships. You will have the ability to communicate and work with internal team members and external client staff professionally and effectively. You will be the person who thrives as part of a collaborative team but can also take responsibility for a workstream and deliver on commitments.

 

About you

We welcome technical specialists from all areas of Cybersecurity that are willing to be adaptable to help solve client challenges. The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate skills and experience in one or more of the following areas:

· Self-starter with minimum 2-3 years of experience in Cyber Security related duties, including Information Security Risk Assessment experience

· Experience working in a regulated environment and conducting security audit and risk assessments

· Outstanding communication (both spoken and written) and people skills

· Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, ability to handle diverse situations, multiple initiatives and rapidly changing priorities

· Team orientated and having the ability to contribute to team knowledge and capability development

· Ability to manage a number of projects, meet deadlines and manage stakeholder expectations

· Staying abreast of emerging security threats, vulnerabilities and risk controls

· Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills

· A third level qualification, preferably in Computer Science or a related discipline

· Experience with Security Frameworks like ISO-27001, NIST, SOC 2 and PCI

· Experience working in a regulated environment

· Experience with security engineering / architecture

· Experience conducting security audit and risk assessments

· Desirable: Security qualifications including SSCP, Security+, CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO 27001, PCI DSS

· Desirable: Previous experience working in consulting or professional services in cyber security

· Desirable: Client facing experience is desirable, however not essential

· Willingness to travel (in accordance with government guidelines)
