We're looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join a unique and rapidly-growing Customer Success Team with a global HR tech company. This team is the epicenter of activity at the company - you'll consult with prospective, new and re-activated accounts within the SMB space, as you help them to activate and go live.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively prospect potential new clients.
- Educate potential clients on the various products and offerings.
- Meet quarterly goals including revenue and conversion rate.
- Deliver great client experiences and outcomes to ensure retention of new business.
- Meet productivity standards set by the team and other health KPIs.
- Conduct live product demonstrations over the phone or though video calls.
- Assist with client re-engagement and re-activation.
- 1+ years experience in Sales or Customer Service.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English.
- Proven experience in online advertising, search engine marketing, recruitment advertising or staffing agencies preferred.
- Proven sales and relationship building skills.
- Motivated to produce a high volume of outbound calls each day leading to positive client outcomes.
