Customer Success Manager

One of the world’s biggest brands, renowned for connecting professionals all over the globe, is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their best in class workforce in Dublin.

You’ll partner with colleagues across the globe to ensure customers feel they’re getting the best possible return on investment from the solutions they’ve been provided. You’ll be assigned accounts to support onboarding and implementation of products, services and training to both new and existing customers.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a massive multinational for an 11-month contract term!

What will my main responsibilities be?             

  • Establishing relationships with customers, focusing on product implementation and managing support escalations.
  • Developing tailor made training plans per customer and executing customer success plans including goals and performance metrics.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to leverage solutions to achieve full business value.
  • Tracking customer activity, identifying areas of improvement and risk and customizing plans for maximum success.
  • Supporting media campaigns and changes to the customer product mix.

The ideal candidate has at least 3+ years’ experience in Customer Success / Account Management / Training or Recruitment. Communication is key and you’re able to prioritise and multi-task with excellent organisation, project and time management skills. You’re comfortable analysing data, trends and client information and have an eye for spotting opportunities. Ideally, you’re proficient with Salesforce and the Microsoft Office suite and are passionate about working with customers.
