Customer Success Manager

Customer success is a central pillar for a strong SaaS company. We are looking for a passionate Customer Success Manager with a background in a sourcing, procurement or tendering role.

Your daily job will be to work closely with our customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Getting to know our customers, developing key relationships with them.
  • Driving the onboarding process for our customers, and working on increasing the global adoption of our products and services.
  • Acting as customers' first point of contact and the advocate of their needs.
  • Working closely with the stakeholders to identify their success goals and establishing a success strategy adapted to each use case.
  • Being a Keelvar expert to be able to answer any questions about our products, and to conduct training sessions and short demonstrations.
  • Collaborating with the Sales and Marketing teams to drive growth.
  • Working closely with the Engineering team to share customer insights that inform future product developments.

Remote work? 

  • Covid-19 has changed the work environment. While this role was originally for our Cork headquarters, we are now looking for remote candidates also.

  • 3+ years in a project management, sourcing, procurement or tendering role, or with a strong knowledge and understanding of procurement processes and methods.
  • Ideally a first experience as a B2B Customer Success or Account Manager.
  • Experience working with large enterprise customers.
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships, while working to mitigate churn and drive engagement and renewals.
  • Empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help our customers reach their goals.
  • Results-driven mentality, with a bias for speed and action.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into insights. Experience with Excel preferred.
