Our Customer Success Engineer will play a key role in delighting our customers each day. You will work to support our customers by collaborating with our support and success teams to identify, track, and resolve technical issues across the Nory platform and mobile apps.

  • Ensure successful onboarding of customers on Nory’s solutions, supporting with integration, authentication, transformation and consulting efforts as needed.
  • You are interested in troubleshooting deep technical problems at the application and infrastructure level.
  • Experience working with APIs - creating API calls, understanding of API frameworks.
  • You have experience analysing logs and data.
  • You have worked with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and feel comfortable doing so.
  • You have deep experience with scripting languages and automation geared towards monitoring and alerting of issues (eg: Shell, Python, Javascript, etc)
  • Document any new technical issues, investigate solutions and communicate the solutions to the appropriate teams
