Your role will be to provide IT consultancy to a range of clients. Based within our Cloud & Infrastructure Consultancy team, you will be working with Codec customers on the scoping, design and delivery of a variety of Azure solutions across several industry sectors. You will work in a project environment where the emphasis is on delivering first class service to our clients - The objective is to demonstrate the value of their existing and future platforms.
The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving aptitude.
Present strong leadership capabilities and proficient in both verbal and written communications.
Responsibilities:
- Meeting with clients to architect a cloud-based solution based on their needs.
- Knowledge of how the architecture is determined will need to be demonstrated.
- Compile a high/low level design document based on the outcome of the customer meetings
- Hold workshops with customers / potential customer on various topics.
- Provide escalation point to the Service desk with more difficult issues
- Assist customers with cost management
