Cloud Security Engineer

As a member of the Cloud Architecture and Engineering team, the Cloud Security Engineer will assist in the architecture, engineering and implementation of next generation infrastructure platforms for customers cloud data centres.

In addition, the successful candidate will work to assist with hybrid cloud strategies for customers, with a focus on the major public clouds.

With around 150 people staffed globally, the Senior Cloud Architect role will be one of the first hires for the Cloud Architecture & Engineering team.

The client are looking for high end technical Cloud Security professionals that are very much hands on in terms of Design, Engineering & Development of Multi-Cloud Services (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• 5+ years' experience in a similar Security role Architecting, Designing & Engineering Security Solutions across Network, System & Cloud Platforms (VMware, AWS, Azure)
• 2+ years' experience in a Security Operations Team, hands-on experience with Security Operations\SOC\SIC
• Proven experience Designing IT Security Solutions, Services & Programs
• Knowledge of compliance programs, methodologies & frameworks
• Great organisational skills with ability to multi-task is essential
• You need to be able to plan and prioritise work effectively to ensure we work as a team
• Take responsibility for own work, ensuring it is accurate, meets quality standards and performed on a timely basis
• Individuals must also have a proven record of working in a team environment
