Cloud Client Partner

An exciting opportunity exists in our Cloud Client Partner team for an exceptional and ambitious Cloud professional looking to further their career.  In this role you will be responsible for managing a range of key accounts; as a trusted advisor you’ll have a direct impact in helping our customers maximising value from cloud technology.  You will have a clear focus on delighting customers and providing expertise and guidance to them as they tread their own digital transformation journey.  You will have a deep understanding of our proposition, as well as being able to collaborate effectively across a range of stakeholders.

What will you be doing:

  • Delivering excellence: You will be a trusted advisor to our key base accounts, helping them gain the maximum value from Cloud & Security technology.  In doing so you will ensure the continuity of our customer’s journey with us.
  • Always part of a bigger picture: Build and maintain executive relationships with customers, influence long-term strategic direction, and act as a trusted advisor to ensure retention and growth in spend.
  • Always learning: Providing appropriate management information as required in an accurate and timely manner, solving minor issues to clear blockages and, in turn, identifying sales opportunities
  • Being a value creator: Display and promote a service mindset to fully understand customer’s pain-points, helping to identify sales opportunities and drive contract renewal.
  • Cloud confident: Demonstrate the value of our propositions.  Provide expertise and guidance to customers as they tread their own digital transformation – help to deliver a cloud plan for clients designed to align with their specific business requirements.
  • A dot connector: Driving service improvement and customer experience, ensuring that high levels of client face-to-face engagement are established and maintained, and new product and service propositions are represented to the client.
  • A strong interest in technology, passion for customer satisfaction, excellent communication skills
  • Experience in Cloud sales, with a proven track record in solution selling
  • Strong proven experience working with complex customers
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and build trusted relationships (internally and externally)
  • A self-starter that can thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • A sound understanding of consultative selling
  • The ability to operate under pressure, lead and work with virtual teams, deliver quality to tight deadlines and ultimately to success
  • A proven ability to understand and develop business needs and translate into clear value propositions
  • An understanding how enterprise customers are using Cloud to enhance their own growth and operations
  • Able to identify real use-cases for Cloud in the customer that drive value for the customer and can lead to the expansion of original deals
  • A proven track record of securing commitment with complex enterprise customers to achieve joint objectives
  • A positive mindset, ready to interact and influence people, driven by delighting customers
  • Discipline in following through on actions and a focus on fast execution.
