Application Support Analyst – eCommerce

My North Dublin client is looking for an Application Support Analyst to join their global team. This is a great opportunity to gain invaluable experience in a well-established organisation with an excellent brand. Ideal for someone with experience in web application support, ideally with knowledge of e-commerce, ERP, or CRM systems.

This role will initially be a 12-month rolling contract with the aim to be converted to a permanent role by the end of the year.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to global teams for a range of e-commerce web applications.
  • Collaborate with various technical and non-technical teams across the business.
  • Follow through with requests from the helpdesk team and escalate where required.
  • Respond to system alerts, user queries, emails, and service requests in a timely manner.
  • 1+ years’ experience providing technical support, ideally for web applications
  • Knowledge of retail, e-commerce, inventory management systems would be highly desirable
  • Strong database knowledge, such as: SQL Server
  • Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems would be ideal
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Educational Requirements

  • Third level degree in IT, eCommerce, or a related field, or equivalent experience
