Sitecore is experiencing spectacular growth all over the world. To build on Sitecore’s success and growth, we are looking for a Junior Software Engineer to join the Product Support Services team.

 

About the Role: 

As a Software Engineer you will be a member of the Product Support Services Team, providing world class customer service to users of our Boxever product.

Boxever is a SaaS product which enables our customers to provide personalisation to their end users across a variety of channels. There are many ways to build experiences with Boxever so the Technical Support Team must be flexible and capable of deep-diving into platform, integration, or customer-side code.  

Sitecore will provide all necessary training on the Boxever platform.

You will work with a team of business people and technologists who are smart, experienced and great fun to be around.

The role does not require you to attend the office but some meetings in teh Dublin office in future may be required but the work can be done from home. 

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Experience working with JavaScript, Java, Python or similar languages
  • Outstanding problem solving and logical thinking skills
  • Great communication skills in English
  • Ability to work with customers and foster business relationships

Experience in the following would be a plus:

  • 4-5 years Experience supporting SaaS products
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Wavefront and Kibana
  • Experience with web API diagbostic tools such as Postman, Fiddler or Wireshark
  • Knowledge of AWS or Azure environments
  • SQL experience
  • Occasional out of hours and on-call work may be required
